Zero Tolerance Campaign
Our practice has signed up to the NHS Zero Tolerance Campaign which makes verbal abuse, threat and physical violence to all NHS staff unacceptable. Any such behaviour from any patients may result in their removal from our practice list.

All patients are entitled to have a Chaperone present during a consultation if they wish. If you would like a Chaperone present please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment or when checking in. If you change your mind about a chaperone at any time during your visit please speak to any member of staff. Chaperone Policy
